Terms and Conditions

1. Always read the captions of every lapags for the album/merchandise condition before mine-ing.2. Fill up the order form with complete and correct information.3. Listing the album version, code (if stated), and quantity is a must.4. Orders will be on list once you fill up the order form.5. Wait for the order confirmation within 48 hours.6. Cancellation of orders will be entertained only if we did not push through buying. Otherwise, if you received an order confirmation from us, kindly pay once sent unless stated.7. Cancellation fee is Php 100.00 per album.8. Always PAYMENT FIRST. NO CASH ON DELIVERY.9. Sending the proof of payment thru DM and answering payment form is a must. Payment will not be valid if you did not send any proof and did not fill up the payment form.10. Settle your payment on or before the said Date Of Payment (DOP) to avoid late payment fees.11. Late payment fee is Php 50.00 per day after the DOP.12. Payment confirmation will be sent within 48 hours and will reflect to the masterlist afterwards.13. NO RUSH SHIPMENTS!14. The shop is not liable for any dents, defects and missing parcel CAUSED BY THE COURIER. Remember that we always check the condition of the albums. No refund or compensation fee.15. If the damage is in our part, we will give compensation fee but we need a complete unboxing video (from the opening of courier's pouch until the end). No unboxing video, no compensation fee.16. Do not avail if you are impatient. International deliveries usually takes 4-8 weeks before arriving in our PH address.17. We only ship thru Shopee Checkout. Once your orders arrived in our address, we will send a message where you can checkout.18. Give us time to pack your orders.19. If you will change your twitter username, inform us immediately.20. For our Yangdo lapags, in case of scam, we will refund your payment once it is confirmed that we are truly scammed by the seller.26. No refunds for items that have minor or major defects that we have received from yangdo. If there's any issues, we will provide pictures or video conditions.27. If the ordered item is still unclaimed after 1 month, the seller has the right to sell it due to limited space of items.28. If a tingi group or batch's payment is not completed, we will have to cancel the group order. Every tingi group/batch must complete their payments to push through their orders

FAQs

1. How long is the shipping?
- For photocards it's always under FETA. But for the albums, it is SEMI FETA once shipped out from our kr add.
2. Do you accept "cash on delivery"?
- No, strictly pay as you order.
3. Does the amount I have paid covers the LSF already?
- No, buyers will shoulder the LSF (eg. item amount + lsf on shopee)
4. Can I checkout after I have paid?
- If the album is still at our KR address, you can't check it out immediately. Please wait for our update and we will give you a message link where you can checkout.
5. Can I refund or get a compensation fee if there are dents found once I received the items?
- No, as it is not our fault but with the courier. But if it happens we are at fault, we will require an unboxing video as proof and we will decide if you can get a refund or not.
6. Do you give discounts?
- No, all prices are fixed.
7. Are the photocards from your lapags on hand or not?
- Most of it are not on hand. Read the caption first before claiming though we always state it on the main tweet/replies if it's from yangdo or not.
